The Project

The Barstow Casinos and Resort will be a unique project, developed by both the Big Lagoon Rancheria and the Los Coyotes Band Indian Tribes. The project will integrate two separate casinos within one casino resort complex. Each casino will contain similar square footage and be joined together by a common area. Each casino will have its own hotel and amenities such as pools, spa/exercise facilities, restaurants, retail, entertainment and administrative offices. The exciting resort design will be encompassed within a single complex, providing our customers twice as many gaming options to choose from.

The resort will be conveniently located on Lenwood Road at Mercantile Way across the street and just southeast of the outlet mall centers, across from the Holiday Inn Express.

Hotels
• Complex will include a total of 220 hotel rooms with each casino having a
110-room hotel
• Two Spa and exercise rooms
• Meeting and banquet rooms
• Children’s play areas and arcades
• Two pools and whirlpools
• Suites including a penthouse suite

Food and Beverage
• Two signature restaurants, including a steakhouse
• Eight food court outlets
• Two coffee shops
• Two entertainment lounges

Casinos
• Two casinos with approximately 49,000 square feet of gaming floor space each
• A total of 2,546 slot machines
• A total of 48 game tables
• Two poker rooms with a total of 20 poker tables
• Valet parking and 5,000 square foot covered entrances at each casino

Complex Amenities
• 3,900 surface parking spaces
• Parking lot shuttle
• A single entrance and approach to the casino complex

Project Size
• At most, 48 acres used for the gaming complex that will be taken into trust.
• Total square footage of 420,000 sq. feet, including:

• 300,000 total square feet of casino level space, including 100,000 total square
feet of casino floor space and 15,000 total square feet for meeting and ban
• 120,000 total square feet for two hotels
